Here are some recommendations to get the most out of your wearable crochet items:
* Wash less frequently
Some pieces of clothing don't need to be washed after one use. Sometimes a handmade crocheted item can be worn a few times before they need to actually be cleaned. So try and spread out washings unless the item gets dirty or sweaty.
* Wash Gently
To make your wearable crochet items last longer, hand washing is the most gentle way to wash. If you must use a washing machine, use a short and gentle cycle. Use cool water and a gentle detergent.
*Drying
The best way to dry your wearable crocheted pieces is to lay flat and air dry.
*Storing your items
Do not hang up. Hanging these pieces may result in creating dents from the hanger and/or pulling the garment out of its intended shape.
If for some reason your size/style selected did not work out we are happy to offer exchanges only within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make sure the garment has all tags attached and is tried on free of any and all make-up/perfume etc and kept safe in the plastic garment bag it arrived in. New shipping fees apply to all exchanges. We do not take returns.

Lost packages: Contact me if your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window. I will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim.
Damaged items: Please contact me with photos of the damage. I'll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.
